Well, it's been a while since my last blog, so i thought it about time to write something new!
Firstly, i've been watching a lot of Farscape recently, and it's such a great series! Season 1 is 8 years old now, but it still looks great. If you've never watched any Farscape, i would highly recommend it. My 3 favourite sci-fi series are Farscape, Firefly, and Battlestar Galactica. All are phenomenal. Firefly was axed far too soon, but for the short time it was showing, it was an amazing series. Battlestar Galactica (the new series) is currently the only one still alive. 3 seasons are complete, and the 4th one is being made. However, the 4th season will also be the final season. This will mean that it is the same length as Farscape, which also ran for 4 seasons (well, 4 seasons and a mini season finale). From what i gather, Farscape has for a long time been the king of sci-fi, but i think maybe Battlestar Galactica is taking that role now. Both are just fantastic. If you haven't checked any of them out, do so!!
Apart from watching Farscape (and Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - another sci-fi anime series well worth checking out), i've been playing GW far too much! I've been vanquishing areas in Elona, and ABing loads. This weekend just gone was great, what with receiving over 3000 Kurzick faction per win, rather than 1250. I wish they would keep it like that! The bonus of 250 pts per win is not enough, and leechers are still present, but with a greater bonus for winning, it encourages players to actually play to win. At least, that's what i think. I just generally don't understand leechers at all; afterall, aren't you supposed to be playing the game because you enjoy playing it?? Oh well, i shan't rant about leechers, or else i'll just get angry at them!
I'm sure there was something else i wanted to mention here, but i've completely forgotten what. Oh well, if i remember, it'll go into a new blog post!
Oh yeah, one more thing: i'll be hosting some sort of competition here, for all those who can be bothered to read my blogs. It'll involve a set of riddles / clues leading you to an outpost where i am hiding in. If you find me, you shall win a prize! But more of that soon...
