Flight of the Navigator. What more can i say? Haven't seen this film in years, but i watched it the other day, and WOW! It's such a little gem of a film. So 80's, but so good.

Basic plotline is as follows: A 12 year old boy called David goes to collect his younger 8 year old brother from a party in July of 1978. He slips and falls into a hole, and wakes up a short while later, only to find that 8 years has in fact passed, and it is now 1986. What follows is his discovery that he has spent the last 8 years in a space ship, 'Max', and the subsequent adventure they have together. Max is such an awesome space ship, i want it!

Anyways, watch it if you get a chance. It's very much an 80's family movie, but timeless none-the-less. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it stands up to current movies. Highly recommended viewing!

Compliance!
